Get ready to rock on a NEW night at sea! The Cape May–Lewes Ferry is thrilled to bring back Rock the Boat in 2026, featuring Delaware’s premier rock ‘ n ‘ roll party band, Glass Onion, performing live onboard. Join us for THURSDAY evening cruises filled with music, fun, and sunset views over Delaware Bay.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the popularity of these events, cash is a preferred form of payment for onboard refreshments to speed up the service.
To Purchase Tickets for any Rock the Boat event, select the date and scheduled departure from Lewes at 4:15 pm or Cape May at 6:00 pm.

🎟️ Tickets & Departure Info
Select your preferred Thursday and choose your departure:
- Depart Lewes — 4:15 p.m.
- Depart Cape May — 6:00 p.m.
Boardings begin about 30–45 minutes before each departure, so arrive early to check in and get settled.
🥂 Onboard Refreshments & Bar Policy
Bar service is available via the Lido Bar (accepting both cash & cards) and satellite bars (cash only).
Because Rock the Boat cruises are very popular, carrying cash is strongly recommended for faster service.

📆 Schedule & Important Notes
Dates: Returning in 2026, Summer THURSDAYS, June 18 through early September 2026
Exception: No Rock the Boat cruise on holiday dates (e.g. July 2)
Lewes Departure:
- Check-in at ~3:45 p.m.
- Depart 4:15 p.m.
- Return ~7:25 p.m.
Cape May Return Leg:
While there is no dedicated Rock the Boat departure from Cape May, passengers may board the 6:00 p.m. Cape May departure to enjoy Glass Onion’s performance. There will be no musical act on the return crossing.
Entertainment (beyond the sunset) is not provided on the 7:45 p.m. return-only cruise.
